Escrowmint offers deal closing coordination services designed to streamline the final steps in various transactions. We manage scheduling, documentation review, and closing procedures to help all parties reach agreement efficiently.

2. Information Products

We provide educational and reference materials in digital format, including guides, checklists, and templates related to deal closing processes.

3. Goods

From time to time, Escrowmint may sell physical items such as printed materials or branded merchandise that support our coordination services.

5. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Deal Closing Coordination Services

To request a reimbursement for coordination services, contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will process approved requests within 14 days of confirmation. Should you need to move your scheduled coordination to a different date or transaction, we will accommodate swaps subject to availability at no extra fee. Due to immediate allocation of personnel and scheduling resources, any expedited coordination services are non-refundable once work has commenced, as staff and external parties are reserved exclusively for your transaction.

5.2 Information Products

Requests for reimbursement of digital materials must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and prior to download or access of the materials. If files are defective or inaccessible, we will supply corrected versions or issue a reimbursement. After materials have been downloaded or accessed, all sales are final and no reimbursements will be offered.

5.3 Goods

For physical goods, you may request a reimbursement within 30 days of delivery. To process a reimbursement, send back the item in its original condition to the address listed above at your expense, unless the item was faulty or shipped in error. In such cases, we will cover shipment costs for the item you send back. Once the item you send back is inspected and approved, we will issue your reimbursement within 14 days to the original payment method. Alternatively, you may request a swap for an available item at no additional fee.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. The revised terms will be effective immediately upon posting on escrowmint.info.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal statutes of Canada applicable therein.
